- Messages or enquiries you have sent to us
- Information received via Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Threads, Instagram) if you contacted us through those channels

-
1Send a deletion request by email
Email us at albert@behaviour.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
-
2Include identifying details
Include your full name and the email address or phone number you used when contacting us, so we can locate your records accurately.
-
3Specify the scope (optional)
If you want only specific data deleted (for example, only WhatsApp message history), please note that in your request. Otherwise we will process a full deletion.
-
4Receive confirmation
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will send you a confirmation email when done.
Exceptions & Retention Obligations

- Professional engagement records required under Australian legal and regulatory obligations (typically 7 years)
- Records required for active legal proceedings or regulatory inquiries
Where legal retention applies, we will inform you of the specific records we are unable to delete at that time and provide an expected deletion date.
